Pine Crane Cantonese Cuisine 松鹤广东小厨 at Alexandra Village
I had Claypot Chicken for dinner at Alexandra Village Wed night 4 Jan 2012, cooked by this old Chef at this stall called Pine Crane Cantonese Cuisine松鹤广东小厨 . He uses fresh chicken, and added curry leaves & chilli padi to add a bit of spice into the gravy, but I find gravy a tat bit salty.
