Had this Ma Puo Dou Foo at Chinatown's People Park's Complex Food Centre, cooked by this two China men. I saw someone eating it just now ad thought it looked really delicious. Well, looks are deceiving.
After tucking into the Ma Puo Dou Foo, realise the Chef put it a wee bit of salt & chilli oil - it's a tad salty & oily. After 6- 7 mouthfuls, I call it a day -- disaster ! Well not every day is my day, and it's not everytime I hit jackpot. Not every Chef is a gem. Some really need to give a serious thought towards getting honest feedback from their patrons, else that might be the last you see of them,
