My Colleague Siew Fern, her husband & her kids are really adept at baking. In line with the Chinese New Year Season, they started baking Chinese New Year cookies. Siew Fern passed me this ultra huge Almond cookies made by her girls & her husband over the weekend. I finish the whole bottle all by myself within barely 4 days, by snacking on them about 4- 5 pieces daily.
They are very rich with quality ingredients, and used crushed almonds some of them bite sizes - absoltely fantastic superb taste, so much so I begged Siew Fern to sell me 5 bottles, and even offered to help sell them on my blogs. Alas, her family only made it for personal consumption.
