I ordered the Beef Tendon with Noodles at Long House Food Court. The Beef Soup is stewed with bones of the animal. Serena the food court Manager shared that they were very active in engaging the stalls to use no MSG in their food preparation process, instead to use whole ingredients to lend the food its true authentic taste.
I am allergic to MSG, and develop numbness in my buccal cavity if there were any MSG present, so indeed this is a relief to patrons like me, I can rest assure that I can consume my food free of worry about getting MSG allergy symptoms.
The noodles are hand made and does not of leek of the "Mee Geng" taste which is found in factory made yellow noodles.
Long House is one of my fav eating place :)
