Shabu SAI at Causeway Point Part 2

Welcome to Shabu SAI 


Shabu SAI is a Japanese all you can eat Hot-Pot Buffet  restaurant that offers value for money to its target audience - families, teenagers, students, PMEBs, with price at affordable rate of S$24.99++

1. Buffet spread 
The meat is free flow and served ala  carte buffet style at the table, whilst the vegetables are self-served buffet style. 


The restaurants serves frozen meat : pork, beef, chicken, that are served sliced thinly and placed in Japanese steamboat square trays and stored in freezers.  It is a non - halal restaurant, and does not serve seafood.

2. The sauces 
Shabu SAI Restaurant serves up 3 types of sauces for patrons to dip their meat in : 
  • Sesame Sauce, 
  • Dashi Soy Sauce, 
  • Peanut Sauce.
The sauces are Japanese and are sourced from  local  vendors 

3 The Herbs Spices Condiments 
Shabu SAI has selection of 8 different types of herbs, spices and condiments to flavour their meat : 

  1. Chilli oil, 
  2. Coriander, 
  3. Grated Radish with red pepper, 
  4. Garlic, 
  5. Chili, 
  6. Ginger, 
  7. White Sesame Seed, 
  8. Spring Onion.



4. Soup Base 
Shabu SAI serve 6 different types of soup base
  1. Seaweed
  2. Sukiyaki
  3. Spicy
  4. Curry Dashi 
  5. Tomato
  6. Tonkotsu Shouyu

four are Japanese inspired, with the two in italics launched to cater to the local palate.
