Beach Culture at Pasir Ris Beach Park Part 2

Some of Beach Culture's Signatures include : 

Grilled Seasoned Rack of Lamb - the lamb rack from Australia is marinated with mustard & herb laced with mint jelly


Char Grilled Barrumundi fillet - sea bass freshly caught & grilled to perfection, then served with lemon butter cream sauce or peri peri sauce

Swiss Pork Sausage with Rosti Potato - pork sausage topped with sauteed onion sauce and served with double cream & rosti potato 

Buerre D' Escargot - stuffed with garlic & parsley  butter, deglazed with white wine, 

Vegetarian Nachos - homemade pomodoro sauce on tortilla chips gratinated with Swiss Mozarella Cheese 

Chocolate Fondue - strawberries, bananas, apples, marshmallow dipped in Swiss imported chocolate.
