Chuan Wei Fang Spicy Crab at People's Park Complex serves up menu of 29 items featuring Sichuan Cuisine. Everyday a huge line forms at this stall during peak hours especially in the evening where office crowd comes here for dinner. This dishes are mainly stir fried and cooked ala minute.
Bob & I love the cooking style as the stir fry dishes are tasty, the core ingredients are cut into bite sizes so the flavours are infused into the cooked food.
