Kraze Crab Burger
If you are a seafood lover and only have stomach space for one burger, I suggest the Kraze Crab Burger that comes complete with Oat Burger bun, freshly sliced lettuce drizzled with Balsamic Vinegar, canned crab meat patty, mildly spiced and topped with chopped onions, mango, lemon, Swiss cheese, then rolled in crispy bread crumbs and deep fried, with fresh green lettuce as the base, and served with buttered corns in a lettuce leaf.
My Burger Tasting Notes : I love it that the Oat bun is baked fresh daily, tastes soft & fluffy. The raw lettuce give a strong crunchy feel to the burger. The Balsamic vinegar gives a sourly vinegary taste to the lettuce. The single crab patty coated with bread crumbs was fried just right - crispy on the outside yet juicy moist on the inside and not oily at all. The mango and onions give a sweet flavor to the crab patty. If you add some of the sweet corn bits into the crab patty, it makes it even more savory sweet, very appetizing. Warning : order one burger at a time as the portion is very filling.
