To celebrate the start of new beginnings, Chef Ee at DOMVS has thoughtfully crafted a set menu which features his refreshing Italian take on the classic Yu Sheng by incorporating the usual shredded vegetables with the well-loved trout Carpaccio. Another highlight is the popular Italian dessert, Panna Cotta, except Chef Ee’s rendition serves the delightful dessert in the shape of a koi fish.
