Pontini's Festive Set Menus


In December, pamper your palate with our exquisite Italian festive set dinner. Start off this exhilarating dining experience with slow-poached Boston lobster, celeriac puree, toasted hazelnut and aged balsamic vinegar. Truffle aficionados will love the capon consommé, chestnut “Fagottini”, Italian winter black truffle. Tantalise your palate with risotto (vialone nano rice) with “Sicilian” fresh red prawn carpaccio, green zucchini and lime. For the main course, a crowd pleaser is the pan-roasted line caught Mediterranean sea bass fillet, sautéed chanterelle mushrooms, Italian radicchio salad and “Taggiasca”  black olive oil. If you desire something traditional, opt for boiled Italian traditional pork, stewed black lentils, purple crushed potato, broccolini and Italian winter black truffle.

Relish in an all Italian Christmas feast specially prepared by our Pontini’s Head Chef, Daniele Sarno. Whet your appetite with roasted scallops, green apple puree, pan-seared premium foie gras and apple balsamic reduction and crustacean cappuccino, champagne marinated fresh oyster and lime jelly.  

For the entrée, excite your palate with porcini mushrooms tortelli, butternut squash puree, premium duck liver pate and “Chianti” red wine reduction. For the main course, captivate your senses with pan-roasted line caught turbot fillet, “Castelluccio” lentil puree, sautéed baby root vegetables and smoked paprika oil. If you prefer something unique, you’ll be enchanted by the roasted premium pigeon breast, slow-braised leg, celeriac puree, porcini mushrooms and tarragon jus. For a grand finale, tickle your taste buds with the heavenly handmade “Sicilian” style cannoli, coffee and chocolate warm foam, hazelnut ice cream. 

New Year’s Eve Degustation Set Dinner at $148 per person

Delve in the authentic flavours of Italy in this special celebratory New Year’s Eve set dinner. 

Enchant your palate with a 5-course spread meticulously by Chef Daniele Sarno. Start this meal with the flavourful grilled Atlantic fresh octopus leg, cauliflower mousse, fresh seaweed salad and vintage organic caviar. Next, warm your tummy with the wondrous flavours of lobster and anise flavoured consommé and raw Sicilian fresh red prawns in skewers. For a true sensory experience, indulge in the sensational handmade squid ink tagliolini, fresh sea urchin, Sardinian “Bottarga” porchini mushrooms and sweet chilli. 

For the main course, you can go for the pan-roasted Mediterranean John Dory fillet, Sicilian style fine vegetables “ Caponata” and deep-fried creamy polenta. Those who are inclined towards meat will be awed by the tender grilled natural milk-fed Dutch veal, extra virgin olive oil crushed purple potato, braised Italian black kale and black winter truffle.  End this meal on a delightful note with Champagne granite and strawberry homemade sorbet.
