Start your gastronomic journey by savoring Christmas cold cut platter served with gherkins, honey tomato and green olive, poached Alaskan whole salmon with lemon and plum sauce (dinner only) and seafood on ice specials such as fresh water prawn, baby clam, chilled New Zealand mussels, chilled snow crab claw, freshly shucked Canadian oyster, bamboo clam and Chilean scallop with roe (dinner only).   

For the mains, feast on tempting international favorites such as  herbed steamed Tasmanian salmon with hearty parsley broth, wok-fried beef slices with XO sauce, string beans and pine nuts, kurobuta pork loin with chorizo, haricot beans, roasted sweet bell peppers and more.   

Meat aficionados can now satiate their carnivorous appetites by indulging in prime cuts of meats roasted to perfection  including turkey breast with condiments, lamb leg provencal and prime rib with prestige truffle jus (dinner only).   

For a sensational finale, titillate your taste buds with our signature chocolate truffle cake, snowball strawberry cheese cake, festive berries macerated with amaretto and spiced ginger bread cream brulee.
