I manage to take time off on Friday 20 March 2015 to attend the Opening Ceremony of the Gelato World Tour 2015 held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre Hall D where 16 Gelato Artisans are vying for the opportunity to represent Asia Pacific to present their flavor at the Grand Finale in Italy.

Huge crowd gathers to visit the 16 booths showcasing the 16 Top flavours concocted by the 16 GElato Artisans from 9 Asia Pacific countries, namely : Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, New Zealand, Philippines.
