Tasting Notes - This Lala Bee Hoon takes my breath away - cooked with dash of chicken broth, pepper, garlic cloves, fresh coriander roots, fresh juicy sweet Lala (clams) to render a savoury, strong garlicky flavour that is so addictive I simply had to down two servings. The pepper lends a sprightly pepperly flavor to his dish.
