Cafe Salivation at 176 Race Course Road - The Signature Lavalicious Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice-cream at S$9.00 per serving

This is the Lavalicious Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Ice-cream at S$9.00 per serving served here at Cafe Salivation located at 176 Race Course Road.
Core Ingredients - Couverture Chocolate, sugar, flour, vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, strawberry sauce, mint leaves to garnish.
How it is prepared This is a Chocolate Lava cake made using dark Couverture  Chocolate, sugar & flour (no butter no eggs), baked at 170 degrees in the oven till well form. Chef melts the chocolate & pours the chocolate sauce over the chocolate cake.
Cake is drizzled with rich chocolate sauce, served with Vanilla ice-cream & garnished with fresh strawberries, mint leaves & drizzled with generous dose of strawberry sauce.
Tasting Notes - Chocolate cake is moist & dense like a chocolate brownie. Chef uses Couverture Chocolate to give strong chocolatey flavor. Very strong chocolate flavor with dense soft chewy texture.
Chocolate sauce used is very rich. Richness of chocolate cake with ultra richness of the chocolate sauce makes this an opulent dessert. When you eat with vanilla, the chocolate overpowers the vanilla ice cream.
