Gurney Drive™ fresh entrance at Causeway Point Part 2
Ven introduced some of Gurney Drive™ Signature Penang Favourites : 1. Penang Char Kway Teow - the Kway Teow is fried in light soya sauce unless the Singaporean Char Kway Teow which uses dark soya sauce.
2. Penang Assam Laksa - note that the white noodles are sourced from original Laksa noodle vendor from Penang. Gurney Drive™ Central Kitchen prepares the pre-mix and sends them to individual outlets so as to standardise the quality of the traditional Penang dishes.
