Seafood Indulgence - Prosperity Buffet at Plaza Brasserie, ParkRoyal on Beach Road Part 5

One of the must have dishes served at the Chinese (Lunar ) New Year table is steamed whole fish such as Garoupa, Sea Bass, Pomfret (especially loved by the Teochews), and many other varieties of fish. The Chinese believe it is important to eat fish as it signify 年年有余(Nian Nian You Yu) = May you have abundance through the years!




At Plaza Brasserie, patrons can order the red garoupa at the Seafood counter, and the chef will serve them ala minute.
