Salt and Pepper Chicken -Lee's Taiwanese at The Star Vista

At Lee's Taiwanese, the bite size fresh chicken bits are first marinated with salt pepper, rolled into flour, then deep fried in medium high heat. The result are chicken bits that are crispy on the outside and juicy tender on the inside. The pickled Taiwanese cucumber served with this dish gives a refreshing crunchiness when eaten with the chicken bits.
