Interview Part 4 with Sarge Sargeant - BLooiE's Roadhouse at The Aquarius, Science Park 2

Signature Dishes :

1. One of the Signature dishes at BLooiE's is their Lamb Rack - very fragrant due to the use of New Zealand Lamb as New Zealand sheep farmers fed their livestock with high quality feed. 

2. Pork Ribs - are tender, and the meat falls off the bones easily, the ribs are grilled and basted with various marinates.

5. Fish & Chips at BLooiE's differ from other restaurant's in that the coating is a bread coating, they use big Pacific Dory Fillet, and served with Cajun Fries. 

Currently BLooiE's is not Halal Certified a they serve pork and beer. For company corporate events where there are Muslims participants the restaurant look to order food from outside Halal vendors. For Vegans, BLooiE's has a good spread of Vegan styles sandwiches, Burgers.
