The Chef uses : Avocado, Sashimi grade Sake (Salmon), Japanese cheese, nori (seaweed), sushi-meshi (Japanese rice), dried cuttlefish /squid strips as topping. This type of makizushi is called uramaki as the nori lies inside and the sushi-meshi is outside.
