Core Ingredients - Premium White Basa Fish from Vietnam, Japanese bread crumbs, soya oil, coleslaw made using carrots, cabbage, french fries, homemade tartar sauce. 

How is it prepared - Bernie Utchenik uses Premium white Basa fish from Vietnam, dips the fish into his special batter, coated with Japanese bread crumbs, then deep fried them in 100% soya oil till they are cooked. Bernie Utchenik makes his tartar sauce from scratch. 

Tasting Notes - The batter & bread crumbs coat the Premium White Basa fish evenly to form this coating that seals the flavor of the fish in. Bernie Utchenik takes effort to season the fish with his secret spice mix. You can see the Premium White Basa in solid whole flakes still juicy tender sweet. 
The fries are sprinkled with a dash of cajun spice to give that spicy kick. Bernie Utchenik makes his coleslaw from scratch using fresh raw cabbage, carrots at his central kitchen here. The coleslaw are a delightful accompaniment to the fried Basa fish & fries. The winning sauce here is the tartar sauce which Bernie Utchenik makes using his special recipe with a creamy lightly tarty sourly flavor and paired great with the Basa Fish.
