Gelato World Tour 20 to 22 March 2015 at MBS Convention Centre Hall D Singapore - The Finalists #3 #4

No 3 - Kopi Fah Sung Thong by Angsna Dhippayam from i-Kitchen Restaurant
My Tasting Notes - This is not one of my favorites as one of the ingredients used is the peanut candy of which I am allergic to. The peanut candy somewhat does not really pair well with the coffee and appears to overpower the coffee flavor. 
No 4 - Mango Ube Symphony by Zarah Zaragoza-Manik from Bono Artisanal Gelato 
My Tasting Notes - The mango lends a strong creamy mango sweetness to this gelato. Embedded within the mango gelato are smooth portions of the yam flavor that adds a different sweetness to this gelato. However there is an aftertaste of bitterness tinge which usually happens with mango & likely comes from the mango strips added to this gelato.
