The Triple Cheese Pasta is made using Core Ingredients - Nacho Cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan Cheese in ratio of 2:1:1, Chicken Ham, fresh raw Spinach, Paprika Chilli flakes, Spaghetti.
How is is prepared - Chef Shawn Koh actually cooks the pasta & set it aside for use in 170 gm serving size bag. When the order for Triple Cheese is placed, Chef Shawn Koh simply mix the 3 cheeses together in a hot sauce pan with proportion of 2:1:1 ratios of Nacho : Parmesan : Mozzarella, as in 50 gm : 25 gm: 25 gm ratios. So the Nachos cheese acts as the base cheese with the Parmesan & Mozzarella acting as complementary to the Nacho cheese. Typically the 170 gm pasta sits in the hot bath whilst Chef Shawn Koh stirs & mixes the cheeses to form the cheese sauce.
Tasting Notes - Chef Shawn Koh uses 3 different types of cheese to give you that opulent cheesy flavor & texture, the pasta is has a fiery spiciness flavour due to the paprika chilli flakes used in this recipe.
The fresh raw spinach somewhat helped to balance out the spiciness. The pasta is cooked thoroughly well done with three different types of cheese evenly coating the spaghetti. An overall cheesy savory flavor, best served hot & eaten hot.
Of the 3 cheeses the Nacho flavor comes out strongly than the Parmesan & Mozzarella & somewhat overpowers them completely. The Turkey ham gives a salty savory balance to the otherwise opulent cheesy flavor. The paprika chili flakes gives a fiery spicy after-taste. A sizeable serving here that can feed two ladies on a diet.
