Smoked Peppercorn Spare Ribs - Morganfield's™ at The Star Vista

Dear meat lovers, you are said to have never really tasted Morganfield's™ if you did not order Morganfield's (Home Of Sticky Bones) Signature  - Hickory Wood Smoked Ribs

The ribs are smoked with hickory wood to lend the meat a delightful BBQ flavour. The meat is slowly cooked to a tenderness, and the meat tears off the rib bone easily, and is best eaten with your hands. 

2. Smoked Peppercorn Spare Ribs 
They are served with mashed potato and vegetables. The Black Peppercorns gives the ribs a spicy taste. 
The full slab below serves 4 pax (for small eaters) if you plan to share your food. 






The mash potato, lightly flavoured with herbs & spices, has a melt in your mouth feel. I love it !
