4. Roulade Chicken
This is essentially bacon wrapped chicken thigh stuffed with sausage, served with red skin mashed potato, veggies, and pommery mustard sauce.
The pommery mustard sauce lends a creamy texture to the tender chicken meat, the sausage stuffing has a melt in your mouth feel, and the bacon gives it a savory flavour - a winning combination!
(The Roulade Chicken reminds me of Chinese Ngor Hiang - pork minced meat mixed with seasoning, spices, water chestnuts and rolled in bean curd skin then deep dried.)
