Ban Heng at Boon Keng Road Part 2

Ban Heng serves Teochew cuisine.  Typical Teochew cuisine  involve steaming, braising food, the result is food healthy and nutritious. Ingredients often found in Teochew cuisine : sea cucumber, mushroom, goose, cabbage.
